Welcome to Incoglog, an anonymous note writing app with the ability to sign in, owned by Projucti. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Incoglog app and any related services provided by Projucti (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Incoglog is an app that allows users to write and send anonymous notes to other users. Users may also sign in with their personal information to access additional features, such as the ability to view previous notes or receive notifications.

By using the Service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, and to not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is defamatory, harmful, obscene, or infringing upon any intellectual property rights. 3. User Privacy
Incoglog takes user privacy very seriously. Anonymous notes are not associated with any personal identifying information, and the Service only collects personal information from users who choose to sign in. All user data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without the user's express consent, except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are the property of Projucti or its licensors. You agree to not use or reproduce any of these intellectual property rights without the express written consent of Projucti.
5. Limitation of Liability
Projucti and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Projucti and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service.
6. Termination
Projucti may terminate your use of the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the English courts.
8. Amendments
Projucti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
